Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Tuesday, 22 July Michael actually holds his head up really well, but he has done that since the very start. He was born at 30 weeks 2 days, and was pushing off my chest the first time I held him. My sister's baby who was born full term when he should have been born i not holding her head up though. Michael started cooing about a week ago and is doing it a bit more each day. Again, my sister's baby isn't cooing yet, but her baby smiles whenever you talk to her. So every baby is different. I know what you mean about the constant worry. I have a little party for every single thing I notice Michael doing like the first time he cooed, and the first time he fixed his vision on something. I think both of our babies will be ok, but we are in for a long time of worry!! emily1 -

Monday, 23 June My son was doing this since about 2 1/2 months or so. He used to eat okay and all of a sudden started crying after a feeding and sometimes arching back away from the bottle. I went to 2 doctors and they automatically said it is SILENT reflux (not to the point of spitting up) and it's just the acid burning. The alimentum formula should help, I think its the same thing as Enfamil AR which has added rice starch which is thick so it makes the acid stay down more. If it gets any worse where your baby won't be able to finish his bottles, etc then there are medications. Nathan was put on meds (Zantac), but I took him off of it and just fed him small meals every couple of hours, which helped. I really do think it's Slent Reflux your baby has and not colic. The babies with colic that I saw are just uncontrollable crying A LOT OF THE TIME, not just after feedings. The poop by the way sounds okay to me. I think its really really dark green/hard you should consider looking out for. nmck -
Monday, 23 June Hey! If she cries after every feeding, it could be acid reflux. Many babies have it. People sometimes don't realize it b/c not all reflux babies spit up. Does she arch her head back when she is incomfortable after feedings? My son is on medicine for it, and we use Enfamil AR first-time-mommy-to-b -
Sunday, 22 June Try changing the type of bottle she is taking...some bottles the baby just gets more air than others...I had that problem when I first gave my Daughter a bottle. She would just scream and scream after her bottles and bunch those little legs up. It was the bottle...we switched to Playtex venteair and it worked, but you just have to find the right bottle for her. Good Luck!! Also, it sounds like normal poop to me. Camryn Jewel -
