April 10, 2008: 37 Weeks and 2 days - had my now weekly Dr. appt. this morning, Ryder is doing great, getting big, and his heart rate was 132. First pelvic - blah, felt like someone trying to remove my tonsils through my netherregions....Dr. says I'm 1cm dialated, but my cervix is still high. 1cm is progress though! Me and honey are gonna have to crank it up a little and get this ball rolling! :) Holy cankles, I'm so ready to have my legs and feet back!

February 12, 2008: Today marks 29 weeks - wow, it's going so fast!! Last night was our first childbirth/lamaze class, which was fun - we have a great teacher! Good for bonding between Mommy & Daddy too, I highly recommend it! Today was my 29wk appt. Every 2 weeks from here out :) Some level was high in my urine sample, so I'm being sent for a Hemocratin test and another GD Glucose test - we shall see....BUT Ryder is happy and healthy and finally getting his baby fat! He still loves his feet! I've gained a total of 19 lbs so far, which Dr. seems okay with - can't wait till I get to see my litte guy again - I promise one day they'll have to pry me off of that U/S table! We're working on finding a pediatrician now, with some recommendation from my Dr. Overall, things are great! The nursery is all set up, minus the bedding/decor we want, and of course, the little guy!

January 16, 2008: Yesterday marked 25 weeks - I'm still feeling great, minus the nasty swelling from the knees down...All is well though, Dr. gave us both the all clear yesterday, while Ryder flipped all over showing off and sniffing his toes :) Tryin' to get that big ol' foot into his mouth already - so much like his Daddy! (tee hee) David is loving the belly changes every couple of days, and trying to be patient while I try to find a bra that fits! Amazing what little things you take for granted! The kids can't keep their hands and kisses off of Ryder, he's so loved already, we're both so blessed! I can't wait to meet my little guy, but still I know how much I am going to MISS being pregnant in a few short months! And this is it, Daddy's going to the vet soon!

December 21, 2007: Had the "official" U/S today, and Ryder is #1, still Ryder :) and #2, healthy as can be! He weighs 15 ounces, just shy of a pound, and all of his measurements and stats are great. They did change my due date from May 2, 2008 to April 29, 2008, but we'll see when he decides to join us! While Tuesday he was too squirmy to get a good picture, today he had his little hands up like he was praying ("Lord, please give me the strength to endure this crazy family I'm about to be born into!"), and wouldn't budge, so still no good picture of his sweet little face....Next U/S is Jan 15th, so hoping for a good picture then to post! November 30, 2007: Yesterday was rough - ate something bad the night before, was up sick all night and all yesterday...Finally started feeling better late afternoon and started putting baby clothes in Ryder's dresser - it was like he knew it was for him, he started moving all over the place, like he was saying "Are those for me Mommy? Are you getting all ready, cuz I'm almost 1/2 way there!!!" It's amazing! This morning I was trying to stretch my lower back by lying on my back with my knees up, turning my legs from side to side and he kicked the heck out of me way low...Was the first time I've felt movement that strong, although not enough for David to feel yet, it was just incredible! I'm falling more and more in love with my little guy every day!!

November 23, 2007: Ryder James Dollman is officially our little guy's name! Now we just can't wait to meet him!!

November 20, 2007: IT'S A BOY!!! Not a shy little guy, either!!! Daddy and I are so ecstatic!! Now the name game begins....

Hello, Ladies!!! Congratulations!!! I'm still trying to figure this site out, I'd love a clever little profile, anyone with tips? I'm so glad to find a place full of preggies to share with and relate to! This is my first child, my fiance's 4th (yes, he's a pro...lol) I have 3 stepchildren, although only know two of them. I love them dearly, but I'm so excited to have my own little bun in the oven!
