Hi everyone! I am sooo excited to be here but also very scared! I am expecting a baby on the 11th of August 2009 and I can't wait! But I am terribly worried since my first pregnancy ended in a miscariage in about the 7th week! Luckily everything is okay so far, so I'll try to stay positive.

3 December 2008- Positive pregnancy test!!!
6 January 2009- First u/s. Due date estimated at 18 Aug 2009.
2 February 2009- 2nd u/s. Baby alive and kicking! Heart rate 158 bpm. Due date moved up to 11 Aug 2009.
20 February 2009- I felt the 1st kick!
2 March 2009- 3rd u/s. Doctor says 90% chance it's a girl. We only got a peek!
27 April 2009- Sumarie is likely to be born by c-section on 31 July 2009!

So.... my angel was born on 31 July 2009. A healthy, beautiful baby girl! I am enjoying being a mommy more than I ever thought possible and am even more in love with my hubby. I can't believe I am already thinking about having another baby... I really miss being pregnant and Sumarie is such an easy baby, I can't wait to have atleast 2 more. I am soooo gratefull to be able to stay at home to raise my daughter. I can't imagine leaving her with someone.

if i have a boy what do you guys think of the name Amir? i think it is cute Amani and Amir and my older daughters name is Alijsha give me some suggestions of A names but unique names no adams or andrews lol

Hey Ladies, I'm at the hospital. The did 2 doses of the gel last night and guess what?!?! It worked- a little. I dilated to 2cm!!! Woopie! Next step is to break my water!

so i started mischa on ceral when she started food but she got so attached to them that she hated anything savory...but i really wanted to get her into dinners..so i found a few recipes online..i made (sweet potatoe with pasta onion apple and garlic) and omg she wolfs it down i was so surprised and delighted then i made another and added chicken and she loveds thats too. i was so proud. now she eats 3 times a day . for breakie 7 cerals(full of oats and stuff) lunch and dinner i give her the chicken dinner and she loves it, she will also have about3-4 bottles a day and 1 at night...lol my baby girl loves her food just like her mammy. can ye let me know of any recipes for dinners which work for ye? thanks

so noah is almost 7 months old and has finially started to get the rolling thing down packed, and it sorta of army crawling tho he dnt use his arms he uses his head and legs, he can pick up 2 things at once and is now on second stage baby food, hes a mummys boy wen i leave or walk past without pickng him up he cries and cries till i come back, its my fault hes clingy with the problem i had a birth with him, but ill break him out of it, hes slowly out of the being rocked to sleep stage, and can say mum and bub, when he cries he calls for mum lol its so cute he can fully sit up unassisted now as well will update after his next check up with stats

Hi everyone. I haven't been able to access this website for the last couple of days. I even tried at work and it didn't work so something is wrong with it. Hopefully the problem is resolved. My whole family is sick with swine flu and so I've been busy. So far I am the only healthy one left and I picked up Tamiflu yesterday just in case I come down with it over the weekend. Of course the mail is picking up now for the Holiday season and so my days are full enough without coming home to a sick family. I am exhausted and going to bed but I'm usually up by 6am and so will return messages in the morning while sipping my coffee. Love to you all!

Quick Update: Yes, I'm still pregnant. Went to doctor's today and he thinks my heart-shaped uterus + long cervix is why I can't progress but, I want to give mother nature a chance- I told him I didn't want to induce again (too painful ). He said that's fine for now as long as my blood pressure remains good and if she has enough fluid. So, we did an u/s and yes, she has plenty of fluid and hasn't really dropped much but, is in the position to come out. The u/s tech said she has lot of hair! And, that she's not too, too big. The doc. said if baby isn't here by Wed. then, we must induce again and if that doesn't work... c-section (which I'm totally OK with) Tonight's inducing try: bouncing on gym ball for hours {and I'm NOT kidding}
