Hi Everyone! Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cherwonna, everyone always have a hard time with my name, so i always tell Cher ( like the singer) Won ( as if u won sumthing) Na! LOL. Anywho, back to the reason im on here! LOL. This is my first pregnacy with my bf/hubby Brian! This pregnacy was not planned so of course we were shocked when we found out. We had major plans for the next two years due to the fact that he's leaves to go to medical school next fall, but those plans obviously went out the window, as soon as those two lines showed up on the ept test! But we're happy and feel very blessed, we both live by the motto " Everything happens for a reason" and due to the fact that we've been together for a little over 6yrs and this is the first time, we definetly know there's a reason that this little blessing is coming into our life's at this moment...:-)

Hello ladies hope all is well with those that have had their babies and those of you still waiting on your bundle of joy to arrive....I must say that I am enjoying motherhood even with the lack of sleep that comes along with it. My baby girl is almost 3wks and is so advance and strong in my opinion...she holds her head up by herself, tries to stand up when I have her in my lap, she even throws temper tantrums already...lol
I love this mommy thing!!!!!

Ladies, thank you for the advice and comments on the teeth subject of Jade. Lol, to Cheekybee, thank you for your advice, lol, and even if i'm in South Africa, we really do have dental peds here, hehehe :-) Anyway, girls, i just can't imagine a 22 month old with FILLINGs and CROWNS? I mean it's milk teeth, don't they like fall out after 3 or so years?? And no, i can assure you guys there's no genetic problems with teeth in my family and my teeth is fine, i have no fillings and no crowns, but BD has got like two fillings. Guys, i do brush her teeth (under heavy fighting and yelling from her), but i just cannot believe that she might need fillings or crowns at this age, it's just sooo sad! Please, the rest of you, go to my poll about Jade's teeth and please tell me if that would really be neccessary. I mean i'm going to take her to a dentist Paedi, but God forbid the poor kid to get adult procedures performed on her teeth! What happend to baby teeth that will fall out before 6 or something????

Hi ladiez! Thanks for comments on my new blog, it's really good to be back! Ye, i'll take my time with the new guy mamies, no worries, i learned my lesson with my MR Y encounter, hehe, so i made sure that i was 100% willing to get to know the new guy. His name is Dirk, and he's just a sweety. I forgot to mention that he lives about an hour away from me at the moment, with his kids (and ex) living in the same town. He lives in SOuth AFrica now, obviously because of his children that he has with his SA ex wife here. He left on Friday to visit the Netherlands for two weeks and i really miss his presence. Anyway, ladies, why do i get an itchy feeling now, that i will be havin numerous blogs on his kids and ex wife(most probably vent blogs?), Geez, i hope not, to give u guys a flavor of what she's like: He took out a restraining order against her because she came to put up a show at his front gate AND wait for it---- wait for it----- she stopped his ex girlfriend on the road, ye, she blocked off her car, took pictures of her and shouted, "You are sleeping with my husband!" Lol, you understand now why i am expecting fireworks? The kids knows that i exist, he showed them pics of me, but they havent told their mom yet, as (according to him), they know what not to say in front of her. Anyway, ladiez, watch the blog space, i just can't get rid of this Silence-before-the-storm feeling. Then, just a quick question? JAde woke up the other night and cried for two hours, she told me her foot hurts, and she kept pointing to it and steering my hand to it? So now i'm wondering, is she injured? Because she walks perfectly fine and she doesn't seem to experience pain when i fiddle or massage it? What i did notice that night was that the area under her foot, just below the toes (i think the ball of the foot?) where kinda swollen? I really donn't know, should i take her to the doc for a scan?? Till later, mamiez! Love, Jadestar. PS: I'm even more broody for a baby now, then before, but i just got my new boobs!!! LOL, ye, ima post dem pics real soon, i swear, i will! hey ladies!!!
how is everyone doing?!
i dont get on as much as i would like but heyy im busy i guess lol!
i was just wondering..how is everyone feeding their 7 month old???? im doing 2 baby foods a day and then sometimes rice cereal..i usually do a veggie and a fruit 1st stage a day always. then his formula of course. and then the oatmeal cereal sometimes. have u ladies started them on 2nd stage? like the ones with meats? and how many baby foods etc?? just curious! thanks!

Hey ladies, my daughter is just the greatest little thing. She is a week old now and weighing in at 8lbs 7 oz. I love her sooooo much! Bf is going well. I pump so her dad can feed her at night. She'll usually drink about 3oz from her bottle. Think that's enough? Thx ladies!
