I am a PRO with anxiety attacks...i find that the worst thing for me is to just sit there and wait it out since that makes me focus on it and makes everything worse. If you can, i try to watch TV as that is a good distraction. If you cant do that, take a walk, call someone (a friend or your spouse?) and have the conversation distract you. Anything to get your mind off of it. Hope this helps!

i have them all the time 2!!!!!!u really might want to talk to your dr about them....there is help out there....please dont get to the point as i did, where i would never leave my home cuz i was afraid i would get one out in public..all u can do is let it take its corse and it will go away.....although i know when im going threw one it seems to last forever!!!!try to hold some ice in your palms and ball them up intop a fist and concentrate on how cold your hands are getting..sounds stupid but it has worked me threw lots of them..remember being prego makes aniety at its worst, i know that from being prego 4 times..hope u feel better hun!!!

Actually I am not going to be on the computer after I give birth. We don;t have the interent at home because we live out in the country and are only able to get dial up and its sooooo slow that the computer won't even work.
So I am going to make my husband post the news on my page from work..lol

hi..i hate anxiety..it has consumed part of my life...ive had a anxiety disorder since i was 19..with all the same symtoms as you, although i sometimes feel like im going to die..for me, they get worse as im pregnant, im sure its nervousness and stress..i take xanax but its not good to take while being preggo..all i can tell you as a long anxiety sufferer is to have something you think about that makes you happy and stick to thinking about that everytime this starts to happen to you, if your brain is trained to think something else, the attack cant take over..hope that helps!!!!sorry if i sound like a loon..lol...im not, it is very common and u are not alone..keep in touch

i've gained about 40 pds too. i was starved for the first trimester...hunger pains were so bad. now i eat totally normal and still gain each time i go to the DR. i dont get it. i am retaining a lot of fluid. my DR says not to worry about it :S
