Thursday, 15 May Hiya! My babys also transverse. my 1st one was head down from about 30 weeks!

Thursday, 15 May Thank you for the feedback. I just got so worried since I didn't know what was going on. I am so excited to see my baby and almost everyone in my family goes early so that is why I was so confused as to why they stopped my contractions two times. The med sucked, it made me feel so jittery I wanted to cry. I hope everything is well for you and your little one. Take care and thanks again. simpers17 -
Thursday, 15 May My hypnobirthing teacher said to get on the floor on your hands and knees. Lay your arms out w/ your face against the floor and your butt up in the air. Sway your hips back and forth it will make the baby turn. Do it for 5 mins every day. Hopefully it will help. NumberFive -

Monday, 12 May Well, at least you didn't devour nearly a whole pizza for lunch Saturday! I couldn't believe how much I ate! I was actually embarrassed, but starving (it was a 10 inch pizza and I ate all but two pieces!) I made sure I took something before I went to bed! Augh! Hope you feel better quickly! NumberFive -

Sunday, 11 May Sounds like acid reflux to me! I have had it something fierece the last 3-4 weeks, to the point dinner (and lunch and breakfast) have been coming back up. I talked to an RN about it Thursday, and she suggested eating smaller meals throughout the day, and that if I really needed a snack before bedtime, to eat something like Jello. I am also taking my vitamins earlier, and it seems to be helping. I actually had to switch my vitamins from Stuart Prenatal, to Flinstone Vitamins and a folic acid supplement! Hahah! But they sure do taste better!
Hope you get feeling better soon...trust me you aren't alone! (Also, if you can elevate your head a bit with an extra pillow, it seems to help!) ukdutypaid -
Sunday, 11 May heartburn or acid relflux is an excess of acid, the burning in our throat is excess acid coming back up, our stomachs are so high, the acid has less to travel, thats why they say drink milk as its an alkali which nuetrulises acid.. cant spell...... so far i get it all the time and it hurts, but luckily ive been taking rennie and it does really help, might not go till ive had 3-4 sometimes but it does ease up. try avoiding foods that can start it off, anything spicy or hot, even marmite does it for me...lol mommastetson -
Saturday, 10 May I put together a coed shower once. We made all the guys drink beer out of baby bottles (it was a contest to see who could finish their bottle first). We also did a betting pool to see who could guess the date and weight of the baby. I'm not super into traditional baby shower games (especially the ones were you guess how big mommy is) but it was fun. NumberFive -

Friday, 9 May I think the mingling thing is a great idea. I don't think there should be any pressure to do anything other than enjoy each other's company. My "joint" shower here at work we played games and stuff but the one my family is throwing won't be that way. It's a floating shower where people come and go as they please. We talk and I'll open the gifts as they come or toward the end. My sisters was the same way. NumberFive -
Friday, 9 May awww, lol, i want a shower, lol, do u have anme picked out? cori1212 -
Friday, 9 May I had the same experience with my first baby. I was about this far along when I woke up suddenly and wasn't able to breath. I ran to the bathroom and finally after what seemed to be a couple minuets I took a deep breath. It scared me sooo bad! I didn't have heartburn or acid reflux at all during that pregnancy but for some reason I had something that night that cause me to stop breaking. When I got pregnant with my second daughter I was terrified that it was going to happen again but never did. Thank goodness it hasn't happened this time either. But I do know what that's like and it is a very scary thing! AshleyAnn116 -
Thursday, 8 May Thank you for your comment. It has helped me open my mind a bit. I just wish he would get clue. I guess I just get so mad because he doesnt ever call to see how things are going. how all the appoints are going. etc. I understand that the phone works both ways but I guess I am just tired of trying on my end. If you would ask him he probably doesnt even know when im due. eh men! I hope all is well with you and your baby! ErinInSchool -
Thursday, 8 May Thanks, I hope my support system holds up, my parents are being so great right now, except when my mood swings get too extreme. My boyfriend is doing much better now, he claims he will be the favorite parent, seeing as how William kicks me, be with Kyle he just rolls around nicely, being well behaved, lol. Thanks for the encouragement. Leave a message for yari in the right column where it reads `Add comment`
