Hi, I kow where you are comming from with the house work issue. It drives me nuts. I would say cut back and just doo less but know that would be no good as this nesting instinct takes over, I can't sit and rest till it is done but tonight I have just had to say to my self enough.

I dont have anybody to help me clean cause my hubby's deployed but he'll be home for 18 days in October.. I was thinking of hiring someone right before he gets here.. so he thinks Im amazing for everything i did while he was gone.. LOL. But, in the meantime.. I usually only clean and pickup on the weekends. Hire the help if you can afford it. Dont stress about the small things.

redmum - Saturday, 12 July
i'd say for the last trimester hubbies/partners must do the bulk of the housework. start hassling him!

Maalox always works for me...

i also have terrible heartburn..an di had it with my last. the only time i get heartburn is during my pregnancy's you can take Tums for it. i know it sucks but hang in there

jutterback - Tuesday, 8 July
prilosec is my life saver! I have tried it all and this is the only one that works for me. I know you can take tums, nexium, prilosec and rolaids. Your doc can give you a prescription or you can take over the counter with your docs permission. They say that heart burn is because you dont have enough acid in your stomach or you have too much, if you dont have enough then eating acidic fruits such as pineapple might help too. I tried pickle juice and that kinda helped, but now im a prilosec girl and havent had any acid reflux at all and ive had it evey day for over 5 years.

Hi, don't know if you have "Gaviscon" where you stay. It is safe to drink during pg and you can buy it in supermarkets or chemist's. It takes the heartburn away in seconds!! Really good stuff! x

I have heart burn sooo bad, nothing seems to help and it is soo awful.

MALACHIsMOM - Monday, 30 June
I think that you look great. It may be because you were so nice and small before the pregnancy.

mama-bear-thompson - Monday, 30 June
OMG your belly is super duper cute! my bell looks the same as well. ive been told that i look way to big for week 24, but im short, 5 foot even. So i was told that if you're short there isn't anywhere for the baby to go other then out.
