Hey hun , lol don't worry about taking a while 2 reply, i know how busy it is being a mummy! Thanks for the compliments on Libby, she's 3 months old this wednesday, omg seems scary how quick time is going! We had a bit of trouble choosing her name cos my fella likes traditional names (which i thought were boring lol!) and i like more modern unusual ones. But we both loved the name Libby and picked it out just after my 20week scan when we found out she was a girl. Wow, i can't believe u were told JamieLynn was a boy the whole time, that must have been so mad wen ur gorge lil girl popped out instead of the lil boy u were expecting. Lovely surprise for u tho :)
Aww i know what u mean about missin the bump, i went through that stage a few weeks after the birth. Its weird gettin so used to havin a big belly and not being able to see ur feet n then suddenly one day its gone, lol!
So would u reccomend a c section then? Oh trust me u wouldn't wanna know what my birth felt like, i honestly thought i was dying :s I'm not great dealing with pain anyway but even all the midwives said after she was born that somebody should have realised that my belly was so big before the birth and checked the size of Libby cos she was just far too huge to deliver naturally. But on the plus side i've been advised to have a c section for any future pregnancies, can't risk pushing out a baby that big again lol, think i'd die! Aww yeah i'd love more kids in a few yrs maybe. Prob wen Libby gets to about 2 or 3. I would love a lil boy :) Would u want a boy or girl again next time?
How much did Jamielynn weigh?? Big babies tend 2 run in my family, i was 9lbs 5oz myself hehe!
And about the constant checkin on Jamielynn- don't worry hun thats totally normal! Better to be over concerned about her than not care enough :) The first 6 weeks or so i was ALWAYS checkin on Libby and i couldnt sleep cos i was listening for any changes in her breathing, every cough and noise she makes still wakes me up but don't worry about it- its just us being good mums! :) Cot death is something i worry about too, but i have one of those weird funky room thermometers called a grobag agg that is really goos and changes colour 2 let you know the temp of the room and wether its too hot cold or just right. So maybe u could get something like that to make u feel a bit calmer if u haven't already? I'm sure u will feel a bit better in time as she gets older :)
So hows it goin with Janielynns dad? I read ur preg story n he doesn't seem very nice at all :/ Has he seen Jamielynn yet or do u not want him to? I'm sure she has everything she needs from you though anyway :)
Does she sleep good hours through the night yet? I suppose i'm lucky cos Libby's done that since she was 4wks (slept 8 hours a night) Sorry about the very long message, lol i am very good at writing essays as u may have noticed hehe. Anyway speak 2 u soon hun, take care Laura xxx

okay so I know this has nothing to do with the comment you left me.. but I just found out my baby is breech and I'll be needing a c section next week and I'm scared to death! my plan was to have a home birth with no drugs and now I'm getting the opposite.. I don't even know what to think.. I got all this information today and its still just sinking in.. I went from having text book blood pressure to boarder line sending me to the hospital to get the baby out right away.. AND it turns out the baby hasn't grown AT ALL since last week.. I don't think I've ever been this scared in my life!

hiya yeah kaitlyn is so big now she always awake in the day and sleeps at night she coos smile n laughs its amazing how u watch them develop more and more each day! i sooo miss my bump i want anothr baby already lol but ive been told i have to wait a year n half by my partner tom lol hope all is fyn and ok for you. did u choose to breastfeed or bottle ? w/b luv hannah n kaitlyn xXx

Hey, I had my baby girl on Jan 3rd, 2008 at 2:28pm. She weighed 6pounds, 6ounces and is 19.5 inches long. We named her Taylor Bailee Turner. I had a 15 hour labour! and a little bit of complications after birth. I will be posting my birth stroy and pics ASAP.

Your baby is beautiful. Thank you for the encouraging words on your C-section. It's refreshing to hear about a positive experience. Unfortunately people like to dwell on the negative when things really aren't so bad. Thank you for being one of those positive people.

Congratulation! You did the most important thing in your life and done it good. Your baby is beautiful. I hope you have some support -it is hard to be on your own. Your life is going to be so different now, but I don't think you'll ever regret. In my long life I saw many women who regreted having abortion or spending too much time doing their carrer so they went past their fertility time. But I haven't met a mom yet, who would ever regret of having her baby. God Bless you!

Hey hun! I'm Laura, been a vip on here 4 a while now since i was about 38wks pregnant, my little girl is almost 10 weeks now. I first read your page a few weeks ago and meant to say hi but i haven't been on here in a while. First of all congrats on ur lil girl!! Bet u were so shocked after preparing for Jayden, then Jamielynn comes out! Aww shes gorgeous :) I read your pregnancy diary and really understood your frustration going overdue! It sucks doesn't it :s I was induced at 41 weeks and 5 days, and Libby was born when i was 41+6days weighing 9lbs 10oz. 31st of October so shes my liil halloween baby :) I had quite a horrible birth, very difficult cos of her size and tore quite badly but 10weeks on i'm pretty much back 2 normal now and feel great again, just tired which is to be expected i suppose, lol! Anyway how was the birth for you and how much did lil JamieLynn weigh? Take care and hopefully speak soon, Laura xx
