Im a fine art painter , I paint every waking hour, My husband and i are proud owners of our very own Tattoo Shop ( 2 Dollar Pistol Tattoo Shop we named after George Jones Song), we spend most if not all of our days there enjoying the good times with our friends when were not working.

First and foremost, nurse! On demand, no matter how long, no matter how often. BABY is the best supply booster you can have.

Be sure you have a real suppply problem rather than a perceived one. Pumping only two ounces at a session is normal and isn't a supply problem. Changing fewer than six diapers per day DOES indicate a real supply problem.

If you're already nursing around the clock and pumping frequently and are still changing fewer than six diapers per day, then you can look at different techniques to increase your supply.

1. Water. 64 ounces daily.

2. Oatmeal. For some reason this can increase supply. Bowl a day.

If those two don't work, and you are not diabetic (gestational diabetes doesn't count), then you can add the following items from the health food store:

3. Fenugreek. Two capsules, three times a day.

4. Mother's Milk Tea. As directed on the box.

5. More Milk Tincture. As directed.

6. Blessed Thistle (someone please add the dosage?)

If you're still not seeing improvement, then you can see about calling in the big guns. By prescription only:

7. Reglan

8. Domperidone.

Whatever you do, NURSING is the most important component of your plan. No galactagogue will be effective if you're not giving your body the stimulation it needs. So put baby to breast as much as possible.

I saw your message asking about renting a pump. I don't know about other places, but I got mine from the local wic office. I had to pay a $40 deposit and can keep it as long as I need. When I take it back, I get my $40 back. And mine is the Medella Lactina Double Sided Pump.. so it's a really good one.

I don't know if that's an option for you, but its worked out great for me.

it sure is amazing. a mothers job is never done it seems. if the baby is sleeping im washing bottles, doing laundry, cleaning the kitchen, vacuming the house! my gosh the list keeps going lol. its getting better now where i have some relax time!

hey my sisters doctor told her the best way to induce labor is to have sex in your third trimester and walking doesn't do much unless your close to going in to labor anyways he told her the best thing to do is just have sex i don't know if it works but hey thats what he said.

hiya read your post if you have sex your mans sperms has this hormone in it that ripens your cervix ready for labour if you have ever heard of a membrane sweep that releases the same hormones or evening primrose oil capsules, i also took red rasberry leaf tea capsules they are great which can actually make you have uterine contractions all walking does is help the babys head move further down into your pelvis wats it like being pregnant some women love it some women hate it?

well you cant be freaked out cause every1 is different like my sistr in law her first child she was in labor for 3 days and her 2nd child came out in like 2 pushes and she said she would have 10 more if they came out like he did lol. but she got her tubes tied. anyway i see that every1is nervouse even if they not on their 1stchild me i dont think about it just like wth my first they had to induse me cause i had high blood pressure but they are keep an eye on me with ht evrytingseems fine i go for the sugar test this week not looking forward to it cause they already gave me one its cause i am over weigt but since my first doc visit i lost 12 pounds which is good. i still have not found out what i am having cause baby dont want us to know they are giving me another u/s when i am 36 weeks hoping to find out then. if not oh well then we gotta wait. just realizd yu are due day before me. but i just have a feeling im gonna go in the end of march. well good luck to you also. you can always send me messages ask me anything its no problem.
