Well first of all I was never suppose to have kids, so the Dr's said, and at the ripe old age of 36 I was blessed with this wonderful miracle. I was in totally shock at first but It has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. It was a very very tough pregnancy if it could have gone wrong it seemed like it did.

When I was 5 months we had a devasting tragedy happen to us. My 19 year old nephew that I pretty much raised and whom was living with me was killed in an automobile accident. It has been the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with in my life, I never thought my heart could hurt like it has. He was so excited about the baby coming at that point I already had him named Zakary Lee when we lost him I had to add Justin to his name for my sweet Justin that I will always hurt for and miss.

So after that baby Zak made more since to me. The good Lord works in mysterous ways, I think he was taking something so precious away from us that he knew we would need something back to keep us going and he was right, the pain will never go away from loosing him but having Zak sure helps keep my my busy.

Zak was born 08/06/07 he was 7 weeks early, due to some complications. He came out very healthy and did not half to go to the nic unit at all he went straight to the big boy nursery. Which was a wonderful blessing seeing how early he was.

His due date was 09/15/07 but my fluid level was so low they had to go ahead and induce my labor, they tried for 2 days with no luck so finally they had to do a c-seciton and boy was I ready I was so miserable on all those meds.
