My Name is Daneille Laird. I am a Christian and a missionary in Honduras. Please feel free to ask questions. I love answering them.
I am married to a wonderful man who loves the Lord with all his heart. We met in California at my sister and his brother's wedding. ( by the way my sister and her husband are happily married, have two kids and are missionaries in Russia). Married a year later, move to Honduras, two months later conceived, then had our baby girl on Aug 13th 2006. Now we are pregnant again! We are so excited. Man, with this pregnancy is so much better then the first, so far. We will fly back to the states in Feburary and wait for the baby to come.

Thank you for your comment. It's kinda of funny that when you have already had a kid or kids, you take life for granted. I never thought that this would of happened to me! After all I already had 3 healthy kids! Worship your little one all that you can!!!

Hello, I have been exercising. I have modified my workouts so that they aren't as strenuous, but I continue to take long walks (I use to run) and I use the elliptical machine at the gym. I still have energy though, so I am lucky. Good luck and happy pregnancy!

I kept exercising in the very beginning but the tiredness and nausea has gotten in the way. I do it maybe once or twice a week. Will resume my schedule, with less intensity, during second trimester when my energy picks up again !

Hey.Congrats on the pregnancy!! I stil exercise. I co-own a curves, so I do the 30-minute circuit training. It's a great program. I try to do it at least 2 times a week...it's harder now that I stay so tired. lol Good Luck!
