I see you live in England. In Canada, and US we have a show called A Baby Story. Its a reality show following women in the past few weeks of pregnancy and includes the graphic births. Maybe you could find an episode on line?

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

a birthball is just another name for exercise ball...you'll get more use out of it after the baby...google "exercise ball" I dono why its used for *birthing* or during pregnancy, I guess just for comfort..watch U dont roll right off it lol

my sister got a birthing ball when she was pregnant and she used it before she went to bed one night and woke up at 4am with her water breaking lol good luck!!!!

I don't know about the tens machein I've heard mixed reports about it some say its really good others find it annoying and feels like ants all over your back. I think I'll wait and see if there are any avail from my midwife near the end just incase, don't want to spend a fortune renting one from a private company to be kept on the shelf. Hope your well. x

Hi...how are you?? I'm "due" 2 days after you and I'm also having trouble breathing lately! I went out and bought "big lady bras" without underwire thinking that'd help a bit, but nope, I constantly feel like there's a band hugging my chest tightly...and when I talk, I get out of breath! By no means am I big yet, but its defintely starting to get uncomfortable! Hope you're well!
