My Profile

Well...a little about me. I am very happily married to a wondrful man. We were married July 31st, 2004 infront of our family and friends.

Matt returned to school last year and will be graduating in 2009, he is studying Civil Engineering. I work as an early years (K-5) School Intervention Worker, and as a family support worker with Child Protective Services.

On October 1st, 2008 at 6:30pm, we found out that we are expecting. We had just returned from the gym which I had experienced a little nasuea which left as fast as it came. I was due for af that day and had a test at home (left from the previous month) so on a chance I took the test. To my surprise....there was a faint line. But a line is a line and that makes it a Big Fat Positive. After trying to conceive for four months (and being heartbroken each time) we finally did it.

We are both so excited. We are due the same time Matt will be graduating and six weeks before our five year wedding anniversary.

I am going to enjoy this time and can not wait to experience all that will happen as the baby grows. I look forward to watching my little 'bump' grow and to soon see our little bundle of joy! I wish all the best health to everyone else who is currently expecting, and pray for all who are trying to conceive.
