stargazer530- I don’t think that your baby being active while listening to music is a bad thing at all ๐Ÿ™‚ Mine is the same way when I play my classical guitar, or when it hears daddy’s voice ๐Ÿ™‚

wantababy- the way i understand it is that since they don’t know the day of conception…they make an estimation. say for example…you are concidered 10 weeks preganant, but your baby is probably only 8 weeks old…they are taking the date of the day your last period started and guessing about 2 weeks later you became pregnant. Its weird i know…lol…but it gives the doctors a date to go off of. when your baby gets bigger they will measure it during an ultrasound to see if the dates are correct…but I think thats at 20 weeks or something. I hope that helps ๐Ÿ™‚

pregoNes~I’m pretty sure that your baby won’t mind if the crib and changing table don’t match ๐Ÿ™‚ I think its perfectly ok ๐Ÿ™‚

Elbereth~ With pregnancy tests, even though they say you can test up to 5 days before your expected period, they are only 100% (or close to it if done as the instrucitons say) after you are expecting your period. I’ve tested the day of, and had a negitive result…waited a couple days past…then had a positive result. I hope that helps ๐Ÿ™‚

lucy01- I felt my baby move at 16 weeks (its my third pregnancy, but hte first to make it past 10-13 weeks). They definatly should laugh at you, they don’t know everything and not everything happens like their books say it will!! When I went in for my first u/s at 20+ weeks, the technician was so surprised that I could feel it. lol

shaybaby- if your concerned you can always just go up to the hospital and they’ll do a non-stress test. basically all they do is put these monitors on your belly and leave them there for like 20 or more minutes and see how your baby’s heartrate and whatnot is doing over a longer period of time. ๐Ÿ™‚

MrsOakes- some ladies don’t feel there babies move until after +20 weeks. ๐Ÿ™‚ You can talk to you doctor about it if your worried, but don’t fret too much ๐Ÿ™‚

    How is everyone doing today?
So, CD 20 here. Going off of a 31 day cycle. that was the length of my last cycle, so I’m not really sure if I should be going off of 31 days, or regular 28 like I used to be. So I have a whole 11 days before i will know anything :S Blah, this month is dragging on!

I have a bit of a question for you all, maybe (hopefully!) someone can help me! I am late, like over a week late, but I have taken 3 tests…all negitive. I have a baby about 7 months ago, and before her I was very regular. So not sure what i should do other than wait it out (i hate waiting)

Brit- I actually asked my Doctor about this the other day ๐Ÿ˜‰ You can, but its a slight chance. Mostly likely if the IUD gets shifted out of position. I’m on the hormone IUD, and there is less of a chance with it , than the copper one.
