    i still dont have my period either, my boy is six months old. i didnt get it till 8 months with my first. im having a weird mood issue, its like i pms every month but no period. i really wan tmy period to just come cause i feel like it might help me be ‘normal’ again. im checkin out thyroid issues too as i know that can happen after happen a baby as well

    hannah, this is not to judge ur friend but given that she has signed her kid up to be babysat by u without having him at least meet u first, is kind of an indication that she prob isnt one to mind too much about details like u nursing infront of her son.

    scarlet, steel cut oats are the more natural form of old fashioned oats. therefore they have different cooking instructions, u do soak them but when u cook them u make them stove top, kind of how u make rice (you’ll have to look up a recipe for exact time/amounts).

    on the pesticide issue…we used a ‘green’ company before that was fda safe and cleared for use by daycares…im still wary though…i feel like just using vinegar lol they say vinegar helps with everythign perhaps it might help with this too lol. as for solids, i know each has their goals but the more i am researching the more they are saying…[Read more]

    what really bothers me is when people tell me its MY breastmilk that is no good. i had someone tell me that yesterday, that its my breastmilk and maybe formula is better. it most certainly is NOT my breastmilk its just certain foods that cant be in my breatsmlk. encouragement or someone that understands would be nice.

    godiva, there are lil test kits sold in stores that can let u test ur breastmlik out to see if there is any alcohol content in it, i dont drink but i know how paranoid id be and would probably use those kits if i did
