• 3xsacharm, glad to hear you feel your pregnancy is going by fast 🙂 I am overall doing really well, both physically and mentally, but I sure don’t feel like it is going fast. I am only halfways there and it seems like March is an eternity away.

  • mugs, sorry this is an anxious morning for you. Hopefully the OJ helps. Usually something cold wakes them up.. Let us know how you go. Hugs!

  • danielle, thanks – at least what we can see and measure on the outside 🙂 Hard to know what’s going on on the inside, like how my cervix is measuring.. But I have to trust things are going okay.

  • I went to Babies’R’Us today and did a baby registry. It was so exciting!! And then I washed a load of Kaden’s newborn clothes. He is going to look SO cute!!! I hope I didn’t do too much today but it is hard to hold back..

  • Lannie, I am here 🙂 Take a deep breath, sweetie.

  • Thanks NonhlanhlaM and mugs. Yes, definitely following my heart this time around and now also being positive again that soon (but not too soon) I will be holding baby K in my arms and love him and see him grow up. I so enjoyed him last night as I way lying in bed with hubby and trying to get to sleep – he was kicking away a storm, but thankfully…[Read more]

  • sheework, it is a personal decision but I really wouldn’t recommend having sex every day – you wear yourself out, not to mention the little swimmers. Do remember they can actually live all the way up to 5 days. I would just say, try not to stress so much about it. Find out when you ovulate though (if you haven’t already) and then just work around…[Read more]

  • Okay, I used to hang out in TTC forum but could never keep up. Now I feel the same way here 🙂 I need to do better, check in more often. I do want to hang out with you ladies and get to know you better! Anyways, hopefully see you around more.

  • Liandre, no I haven’t taken anti depressant while pregnant. The best thing you can do is ask your doctor about it. Have you considered counseling? I had 5 sessions about 11 months after my loss and found it extremely helpful. I wish I had done it earlier.. It is just nice to have someone to talk to and unload all your feelings, someone who is not…[Read more]

  • jenn, I think that’s a personal preference about what to put on a baby registry. I have one with babies’r’us and most of it is below $10 just because I don’t want people to feel they have to buy for a fortune. I have put a couple of things on there that are more expensive (up to $70) but kept it limited. Again, I think it’s a personal choice. I am…[Read more]

  • girlinterrupted, if we mind you joining us?? We are thrilled!!! Congratulations on your BFP. We all understand here though that it is a time filled with anxiety too, and we are here for you. xox

  • red, that is just such fantastic news – I am crying tears of joy for you! Will definitely keep praying!! Do you need to take it extra easy or anything? Has the bleeding stopped? I am so sorry you most likely lost a twin.. but glad there is a little one in there fighting away. Just so you know, when you shared that you were bleeding, I didn’t loose…[Read more]

  • Yeah well, I can be pretty impatient at times, lol

  • Sheework and Em, I agree, it is hard not to be mad. It all seems so unfair. It is hard not to envy others who get pregnant, who have a perfect pregnancy and who give birth to a beautiful fullterm alive child. I hope time will heal.

  • metsmom, yes it is so hard not to have answers. I wish I did. The more time passes, the more scared I get of being pregnant again – just because I don’t know what went wrong with my last pregnancy and will it happen again?? I hope you get answers!

  • I think OPK’s are great. I used them after my loss as it had taken us two years to get pregnant and I wanted to know what was up with my body. I learned that I actually ovulate 3-4 days later than I thought. I think it is good to know but don’t plan your whole life after it. Even if you do everything right, there is still only about 25% chance you…[Read more]

  • I have made an online ‘pregnancy loss and support’ survey and would be extremely thankful for anyone taking the time to answer it. My aim is to use the information to create a pamphlet that will equip friends and family to be of better support to someone who has experienced a pregnancy loss.…[Read more]

I was planning on waiting until at least 4 months with my firstborn but he saw food and couldn’t wait 🙂 I started him at 3 1/2 months and all went well.

  • About aspirin, I have been advised to take it in any subsequent pregnancies. I tested slightly above normal on blood clotting. I need to take 1/2 per day. I haven’t heard it can cause any harm to the baby. Only heard that in case I am bleeding (like I did last pregnancy) thinning my blood may make me bleed more. So many different opinions out…[Read more]

rose, I don’t know if this will be any advice for you but I followed a routine (the book is called babywise) and never nursed my baby to sleep. The book recommends a feed/wake/sleep pattern and these are the reasons: * The book says the cycle helps baby differentiate night from day. This is one of the biggest things that enables young BW…[Read more]
