feel like I haven't been on this site in forever! My baby girl is so needy that it's driving me crazy, plus went back to work on 12/13 and the stress of the holidays. I'm pooped! My little girl is still BF and eating every 2 hours. but it seems as though she needs LESS every two hours in stead of more. She's growing well though so no complaints. Happy new Year and hope to keep updating!

Hope all you ladies have a great New Years! Lots to be thankful for this year! Blessed with a beautiful, healthy, happy baby boy, a healthy and loving family, and wonderful friends! May 2013 be full of all the same things except for another baby for me haha! Zane is talking so much now and loves to chew his hands. He holds his head up so well and is getting close to rolling over! He gets to his side and gets stuck then gets upset hah! He said mama last night for the first time. He probably didnt mean to say it but he did and I have 4 witnesses who can agree! He is starting to get into a pretty good routine (well at least for the past 3 nights). He takes a bottle at 8pm and sleeps until 3:45am to 5:45am. If he is up at 3:45am we feed him and he goes back to bed until 7:30! I am hoping this sticks for good and isnt a fluky thing! We shall see!

Roland did that sitting thing again and I uploaded the picture. LOL. Freak baby sitting up at two months! I don't think it really counts though since we put him like that. He just looks so cute and chubby just sitting there.

Anyone else have a hard time burping their LO? He just turned 2 months and omg! It takes like 20 minutes to get one burp out. Ugh. So that led to hours and hours of him grunting last night. I COULD NOT SLEEP! He seemed to be sleeping through his grunting. His sleep patterns are so wonky. I never really know when he'll sleep. You guys seem to be putting your babies to bed at 7pm already. Im jealous. My oldest is suddenly not going down until 9pm, but then he sleeps in until 9am so I'm sort of grateful for that because the baby didn't go to sleep until 3am. He slept from 830-midnight and then was awake from midnight to 3am and then slept till 11am. He's just so unpredictable! Anyone else's baby stay up in the middle of the night like that?

  16. weber3 31 December 2015

@2babiesforme how do you sleep if you usually work at night? you must be exhausted.

  17. weber3 31 December 2015

@rolandsmommy I think we have been through the same flu bug here and a few others since my baby was born. Hope you all get through this one quickly and that your baby doesn't get it. My baby was untouched by the stomach bug my 2yr old had and didn't get such bad symptoms with the colds everyone had. He only got a slightly stuffy nose. I thank God and breast feeding!!

  18. weber3 31 December 2015

@babySaunders yeah my baby is almost always up till 2 in the morning. On any given day it takes me 6-11 hours of putting him to sleep for him to finally stay asleep and then his sleep at night is short cause he wakes up once or twice to feed. My baby does a lot of grunting. If he ever falls alseep nursing i am in trouble cause he wont burp then and he will grunt and whine in his sleep until he does burp. He fusses a little more each day until he has a bowel movement which is usually every 7 days. on day 7 when he finally goes he has a pretty good sleep and then it starts all over again. Its hard when we have older kids cause we cant just sleep on the babys schedule. this too shall pass and one day we will long to have these sweet days back again.
