Im 37 weeks pregnant and i have been throwing up having diarrhea and a slight fever is that a sign of upcoming labour soon
Sounds more like you’re getting sick. Although the body does tend to “purge” itself before labor through loose bowels and sometimes vomiting, a fever is a sign of infection, like the flu the stomach bug. Just take it easy and drink lots of fluids so you don’t get dehydrated.
well loose bowels and throwing up are a sing of labour but sounds like you have a stomach flu with the fever just relax drink loads and if it doesnt go away within 48 hours go to your doctor to get something to help it settle down you dont want to get dehydrated while your pregnant its a very bad thing to get and u want to be in good shape for when labour does actualy start good luck and hope you get better soon xxxxxxxx
Hey honey I’m 36 weeks preg now and have had the same thing! I’ve had it three times this trimester, once a few weeks back, once last week and once the week before that! I had painful gas pains all day and then was up all night with nausea, chronic diarrhea and a fever. My doctor came to the conclusion after some lab testing that it was just a virus that was going round and that because of my weakened immune system the bug was having trouble getting out of my system. Just try to eat toast, crackers, hashbrowns or anything full of carbs and drink heaps of water it will pass. It can be a sign of labour, but I’m guessing that because of the fever you’ve just got a similar virus to what I had. Good luck 🙂
