    I have heard this a lot but I am not really sure how effective it is. I have just had my second child and my weight is double than what I used to be before I was pregnant. I always pant when I climb up the stairs and running after my kids in the park is just isn’t fun anymore. I really need to do something about my weight. Hence the swimming. I have read a lot of blogs and articles about it online. I would really like to know whether it would be effective enough.
    I am thinking to get an inground pool and I have referred a swimming pool installation company site to look at some of the designs. I hope that swimming once every day in the morning would be effective enough.
    Also, I have heard that swimming being a great workout would work on our lungs, heart and the muscles too. I have some doubts regarding this. How many laps do I need to swim to lose weight? Please do share your valuable suggestions and waiting for your kind replies. Thanks for the time.
