    You’re not a monster! Emotional changes are normal during pregnancy!



    I feel like with some people I am either really short tempered and with others I am on the edge of tears. I can cry hysterically just watching a commercial. its crazy how up and down my emotions are lately.



    rogers1218, this is exactly what I’m feeling right now. I’m 3 months pregnant and I can’t handle these strange emotional imbalances. I have different moods at different times and this may vary according to the people. I don’t know what is wrong with me. I’m Also experiencing some health issues like back pain, nausea, vomiting, vision problem etc. at present, I’m getting treatment for my dry eyes and vision changes ( http://www.kellylaser.com/en/vision-correction/eye-problems/dry-eye-disease/ ). I’m also having some medications for my anxiety. I don’t know whether this could be a reason for my mood swings. My doctor told me that these symptoms are common during pregnancy and need not worry about that.

Pregnancy is always one of the most amazing and beautiful times of our life and it is a dream of every woman to get pregnant and to become a mother of beautiful baby. When it comes to facing the time of pregnancy, it is really amazing and beautiful in our life. When it comes to facing emotional changes during pregnancy, it is very normal and most of ladies feel it. You will always feel discomfort in this hard time of life and you will feel the issues of headache, joint pain, back pain and many more health issues during pregnancy. It is also common to face many kinds of emotional changes. You will always find change in behaviour during pregnancy because of hormonal changes. It is normal to find these symptoms during pregnancy and it is very important to face this time in a positive and good way. It is common to feel anxiety and stress during pregnancy but it is very important to get rid of it. Stress and anxiety can be harmful during pregnancy so it is important to find good solution for it. When I was pregnant, I also faced these challenges in my body and I got Good help with yoga and meditation. It is always important to add some regular exercise, yoga and good nutrition in regular routine to keep your body prepared for pregnancy. I hope it will work for ladies who are pregnant and who want to face this time in a proper way.
